Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@strongnatural.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Return Exceptions

Please indicate here any exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Also clearly indicate on the item itself that it cannot be returned before the consumer orders it. Note : Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

• For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are non-returnable.
• which have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
• that are clearly personal in nature;
• which by their nature cannot be returned;
• that can spoil or become outdated quickly;
• the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
• for individual newspapers and magazines;
• for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
